Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems delayed or is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at nyloft21@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us immediately—we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
